Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc des Noirs
    • The region of origin is the right one. We are in northern Burgundy, where Pinot Noir, which in this case is vinified pure, is the basis of some of the most extraordinary wines in the world. In this particular case we are in the presence of a fine Crémant de Bourgogne, Blanc des Noir and Brut, offered by one of the region's most influential signatures, André Delorme. Superb processing of the starting grapes, this sparkling wine matures for no less than 18 months in the bottle before being disgorged, or degorged, as purists like to say, and put on the market. In the glass you discover a wine characterized by a fine perlage that rises uninterruptedly to the surface, making its color even brighter. The nose reveals a very expressive wine, with subtle notes of red fruit and hints of candied fruit. In the mouth, however, it impresses with the perfect balance of all its components. Between fresh fruit and bread crust, this sparkling wine always knows how to strike our fancy. For a tasty snack, it also goes well with a simple slice of good salami. But on the table it requires the right pairing. Delicate but not too much, whether fish or white meat.

Maison André Delorme belongs to the large group of historic Côte Chalonnaise producers. The history of the brand begins during World War II when, due to his injury, André Delorme left the front to return to Rully. It was 1942, and André Delorme founded his company, effectively beginning a path of growth that continues to this day. Today the Maison owns plots in several Burgundy villages, from Rully, to Givry, to Mercurey, from Bouzeron to Montagny, covering more than 20 appellations. The production center, however, is located in Rully, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise appellation of the same name. Particularly prized by aficionados halfway around the world are its sparkling wines, the noble Crémant de Bourgogne, wines of great finesse and characterized by an unmistakable stylistic signature.
