We have privileged and sometimes exclusive relationships with the wineries we select: this allows us to make advantageous agreements, resulting in prices lower than the average of online wine shops.
Do you sell only Italian wines or also foreign wines?
Our wine catalog focuses on wineries we know directly, which are largely Italian, but we extend our assortment to a wide selection of brands from around the world, with whom we have established direct or mediated relationships with official distributors over time.
I am a producer or distributor and would like to sell my wines on Svinando: what should I do?
Feel free to contact us: our operators will direct you to our category management team, who after a first discussion can agree with you on the timing and methods.

How can I create an account?
Easy: just go to the registration page and fill out the form with your data. It takes a minute and you do it once, then you just need to log in with your email and password.
What are the benefits of having an account?
Only those who have an account can purchase on the site and take advantage of all the opportunities that come with it: wines at dedicated prices and special promotions.
I already have an account: how can I log in?
Just go to the login page and enter your credentials. If you forgot your password, you can reset and modify it.

Are there any offers dedicated to newsletter subscribers?
Yes: those who receive the newsletter and are already customers have access to dedicated offers, discover news in advance, and can take advantage of all the commercial opportunities we offer every week.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
At the bottom of the site or in the window that appears after a few seconds, you can enter your email to subscribe, and receive a welcome discount.

Orders
Do I need an account to make purchases on the site?
Yes, but you can start adding products to the cart and then sign up at the time of purchase: it takes a minute.
Will I receive updates on the order I placed?
Of course: we will update you via email on the status of your order, from purchase confirmation to final delivery.
I did not receive the order confirmation email: what can I do?
Check your email's spam folder: it might have ended up there. If you want more reassurance that your order is confirmed, also check your private area in the order list.
How can I check the status of my order?
Just log in to your private area, available after login: from there you can see the list and status of all your orders.
Payments
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card, with major prepaid electronic methods, cash on delivery and, depending on the country you are in and your specific account, also by bank transfer and postal order.
I have a discount code: how can I use it?
Easy: at checkout, you will find a window that says "Do you have a discount code?": there you can enter the code and confirm it. If valid and applicable to the products you have chosen, the system will apply the discount to the total.
Are my data safe when I pay?
Of course: all our Payments are processed securely through a partner platform that ensures the necessary protection and privacy conditions.
Shipping
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our logistics hub in Italy, from which over 2 million packages are shipped across Europe every year.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take 4 to 12 days to reach their destination, depending on the distance they have to travel: we always do our best to optimize this time, relying on the most efficient partners in each country.
How much does shipping cost?
The large number of shipments we handle each year allows us to have some of the best rates in Europe and to offer free delivery with very low spending thresholds.
How can I track my order's shipment?
In your private area, by logging in to the site, or via the tracking link you receive by email, you can follow your order throughout its journey and, if necessary, contact the courier.
The tracking link I received is not active: why?
The link is provided by the courier when the shipment is taken over, but it may take a few hours for the shipment status information to be updated and viewable.
Why is my order delayed?
It can happen that an order takes longer than average to arrive at its destination. There can be many reasons, but usually, the main one concerns logistical and transport delays related to the high number of deliveries by the courier.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery occurs?
The courier will make another attempt the next working day, then your package will be stored for a few days, and you can arrange with the courier to pick it up or deliver it at a later time.
Returns and Refunds
What can I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
No problem: contact our Customer Service and follow their instructions to proceed with a request. We will refund you without any charge.
I have not yet received the refund: why?
Refund times depend on the payment method chosen and the interbank rules: often, we cannot do anything to speed up these times, but we remain at your disposal for any questions.
