We are in the heart of the Valdobbiadene area, but for once Bellussi Spumanti has come up with a very special quality sparkling wine, the result of a pure processing of Pinot Noir grapes, harvested on the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese area and picked strictly by hand. It is, therefore, a Blanc de Noir, a white sparkling wine produced from red grapes. A Brut, with a moderate residual sugar that makes it particularly drinkable and versatile, suitable for any occasion. Bright straw yellow, in the glass it reveals an abundant effervescence. On the nose, the aroma is fresh and fragrant, with notes of small red fruits. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly dry, with a good structure.
