    • The trend is clear. Over the years, fans of bubbly wines are increasingly looking for products with low dosages. Wines that are drier and less flattering. Excellent for a thousand occasions, pleasantly versatile and easy to pair on the table. Spagnol is also convinced of this, since in 2017 they launched a new version of their Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut, with no added sugar. A surprisingly pleasant version characterised by a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. The nose is intense and rich, with immediate hints of white flowers and fresh fruit. In the mouth it is well-balanced, persistent and savoury. Excellent for a great start with a quality aperitif and to continue with the same bubbly throughout the meal. Try it with classic fried fish.
