Col de Mez Brut Prosecco Superiore DOCG
  • If up until a few years ago the widespread idea was that Prosecco was a wine suitable only for aperitifs, this Col De Mez Brut may be the right bottle to make us change our minds. Produced with pure Glera grapes from a single hill within the most prestigious appellation for the production of Prosecco, Col de Mez comes from vineyards with excellent exposure, from old plants that have roots that sink well into the depths to draw their nourishment. Harvesting is done by hand and the grapes, perfectly ripe and healthy, are taken to the winery to be quickly processed. The result is a rich and pleasantly dry sparkling wine. Perfect pairing for a dinner or lunch with friends.

Cantina Colli di Soligo is one of the most lively wine producers in the province of Treviso. Not a small family-run winery but a beautiful social cooperative capable of combining the quality of the wines produced with an average price that is absolutely affordable. Cantina Colli del Soligo brings together more than 600 vintners, i.e. small local producers who manage their vineyards with passion and expertise. They work more than 1000 hectares in the best production areas of the famous Prosecco DOCG.
