Domus PictA obtains its starting grapes from its vineyards located in the heart of the DOCG hills. A magical place that every wine lover should visit at least once in his life. The Glera grapes, harvested at the right degree of ripeness, give life to a wine that is delicate on the nose and pleasant and harmonious on the palate. An ideal base to be transformed into an enjoyable sparkling wine thanks to the Charmat method, in temperature-controlled autoclaves. In this case it is an Extra Dry version, therefore characterised by a slight residual sugar to make it even more pleasant. As soon as it is poured into the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The natural perlage is abundant and incessant and covers the surface of the wine with a nice layer of soft foam that disappears naturally after a few seconds. The nose reveals a wine characterised by an extremely elegant bouquet, with notes of citrus and white flowers in clear evidence. In the mouth, however, the typical fruity tones of apple and ripe citrus fruit dominate. Good as an aperitif, it can also be served with a platter of fresh cheeses or a pinzimonio of vegetables.
