    • For all those who, to this day, don't like to dine with a bottle of Prosecco on the table because? it's too sweet, Drusian has an answer. The one proposed here, in fact, although it falls into the category of quality proseccos, those of the Valdobbiadene DOCG, is not made in the Extra Dry version, therefore slightly sweet, but in the Brut version. A dry wine, therefore, even if not exaggerated so as not to distort the pleasantly aromatic vein of the original grape. Made from pure Glera, harvested when perfectly ripe, when the balance between sugar and acidity is perfect, it remains in autoclave for about two months. At the end of this long process, in the glass you will find a pale straw yellow wine, enhanced by a rich and abundant effervescence. On the nose it is dominated by white-fleshed fruits, apple and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and pleasant Still fruity but appropriately dry. A great wine for a dinner with friends. You start by sipping it as an aperitif and end by opening the second bottle before the first course arrives.
