    Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
  • Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut by Mionetto is the result of the pure processing of Glera grapes from the province of Treviso, an area historically dedicated to the production of quality Prosecco. A pleasantly dry sparkling wine thanks to the moderate final dosage, it comes from a white vinification process with soft pressing of the grapes, followed by the classic Charmat method sparkling phase, i.e. in autoclave. A wine characterised by a beautiful pale straw yellow colour, in the glass it reveals a dense and uninterrupted perlage. On the nose, it surprises with subtle aromas of ripe fruit, particularly golden apple, while the palate is reminiscent of liquorice, honey and acacia. An easy sparkling wine to pair, it is the 'King' of the aperitif but also accompanies delicate vegetable and seafood dishes with ease. Excellent with grilled fish.

Mionetto was founded in 1887 by the love and passion for the land and for working in the cellar of the family's founder, Francesco Mionetto. The company is located on the hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the historical Prosecco production area, immersed in a unique landscape, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here Mionetto has been able, over more than a century of history, to interpret its territory of origin and become one of the most representative Italian sparkling wine producers on the international scene. Well-known and appreciated in Italy, over the years Mionetto has also established itself as an international brand thanks to its modern and innovative imprint. Constant attention to quality, at every stage of the production process. This, combined with continuous innovation and unmistakable style, are the strengths of the fine house from Veneto. Since 2008, the winery has been part of the Henkell-Freixenet Group, one of the world's largest producers of sparkling wines.
