    Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé "Ele"
  • A strong soul that is also romantic and cool. Ele presents itself in a bright pink colour, with a perlage that isfine and persistent. A complex simplicity, intriguing and never banal. Lightness and determination at the service of the palate.

There are stories that are born of reason, others of intuition. This story comes from both and then mixes them with wine, a kind of lucid madness in its liquid state. Two guys are looking for a new Franciacorta, capable of looking to the future, and they find it in the hands of winemakers who are inspired by tradition, making wine as always, as it should be. They share a love for the land and for quality, but they add a bit of pop spirit and a desire to go beyond the norm, to create a wine that is authentic in soul but different in character. A Metodo Classico that tastes new. Freshness, innovation and a bit of rational madness...There are stories that are born of reason, others of intuition. Then there's Ca' dei Pazzi.
