A historic winery in Franciacorta, at Monte Rossa the farming tradition has merged harmoniously with technology. Here, craftsmanship and research are managed with commitment and an uncompromising entrepreneurial mentality. Its history began in 1972, when entrepreneur Paolo Rabotti, with the support of his wife Paola, embarked on the road of viticulture. Today it is his son Emanuele who enthusiastically carries on that project. Among the first in Franciacorta to abandon the production of still wines, in Monte Rossa they have always invested in technology, continuing to experiment in the cellar. Today, the company can count on a vineyard of around 70 hectares, divided into numerous crus, on different soils and with different exposures, which contribute to broadening the aromatic heritage of the grapes, to compose cuvées rich in structure and complexity. Annual production is around 500 thousand bottles. All to be savoured.
