Who said that a great sparkling wine has to come from one of the regions of Northern Italy? For some years, in fact, even some wineries in our south have equipped themselves to produce quality bubbles. Often using autochthonous vines that, by their nature, enjoy a good basic acidity. This is the case of this Palmarès, which comes from Grillo grapes grown within the WWF nature reserve from which the winery takes its name, with the influence of the nearby sea and its iodine breezes. In the glass it shoes a straw yellow colour animated by a nice perlage. The bouquet is rich, refined and balanced. Reminiscent of wildflowers and green apple. In the mouth it is pleasantly dry and sapid. The perfect wine to uncork on a special occasion.
