When I was a researcher in the field of oenology - explains Francesco Iacono, oenologist at Arcipelago Muratori - I participated in a study conducted in Franciacorta to identify the nature of the land. We discovered that in the small area known by this name, just over 2,000 hectares, there are six different environments.
