  • Trentenare, Paestum IGP proposed here by Azienda Agricola San Salvatore 1988 is a fresh and fragrant white wine that comes from a pure processing of Fiano grapes. The grapes, coming from the farm vineyards, are harvested when fully ripe and quickly brought to the cellar to be processed in compliance with the cold chain. Vinification and refinement of at least six months in steel allow this wine to fully meet expectations. In the glass it has a beautiful greenish yellow colour that reveals its young and fresh soul. Fruity, with clear memories of peach, white plum, tangerine, fig and apple, but also of broom and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is elegant, enveloping, dynamic and pulpy, characterised by a lovely freshness and a pleasant sapidity. A wine that is good today, let's be clear, but which also has a certain ageing potential. To be served as an aperitif and enjoyed throughout lunch.
