The company's history began in the mid-1940s, in Boscoreale, at the foot of Vesuvius. And, thanks to a long journey made of simple but true things, today San Salvatore 1988 has become a beautiful reality, committed to organic and biodynamic agriculture, never intensive. We are in the Cilento National Park, in an area between Stio, Paestum and Giungano. Here are the vineyards and the modern wine cellar, equipped with a 96Kw photovoltaic system that reduces the emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere to a minimum. A total of 97 hectares, of which about 22 are planted with vines, with the rest divided between orchards, olive groves and woodland. There are also 450 buffaloes.
