When you're lucky enough to be born in an area rich in native grapes, it's a real crime not to take full advantage of them. This is not a risk that those of Podere 29 want to take, as they make a point of bringing the wealth of Apulian vines to the world. Thus from pure Minutolo grapes, harvested in the first week of September and processed with the technique of cryo-maceration to preserve the freshness and aromas, Gelso Bianco is born. A fresh and bright wine already of the color that is characterized by a hint of honey. On the nose it has a wide range of scents, where white-fleshed fruit and more typically tropical scents dominate. on the palate, then, you discover a pleasantly complex wine, with structure, acidity and aromatic richness well balanced between them. A white that does not fade immediately after drinking but persists and invites you to serve another glass.
