  • One cannot think of contemporary Abruzzo wine and not pause for a few seconds to reflect on the pleasantness of its whites produced from native grapes. And among these, how can one not immediately think of the freshness of wines made from pure Pecorino grapes. A vine that in recent years is increasingly carving out a role for itself as an absolute protagonist, thanks to the freshness of its aromas and its great versatility. The one proposed by the Tollo winery is no exception. A beautiful glass of wine, a perfect companion for aperitifs and dinners thanks to its particular aromatic richness, due to a period of refinement of 6 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. In the glass, it is a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Nice fruity nose, with notes of tropical fruit, white peach, mango and sage. In the mouth it is full, with good structure and long persistence.
