  • Colle Cavalieri, is a Chardonnay, Terre di Chieti IGP, from Tollo. A super simple wine and for this reason always enjoyable. Every occasion, in fact, is a good one to toast with this white wine from Abruzzo. 100% Chardonnay, Colle Cavalieri undergoes a simple but careful processing, with strict temperature control and an aging of about 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the nose is fresh and delicate at the same time. In the mouth, however, it reveals itself to be a wine with a medium structure and a pleasant liveliness. Excellent with fish hors d'oeuvres, it also goes well with shellfish and risotto. If desired, it can also be served with simple white meats or with a board of fresh cheeses.
