The beautiful Apulian winery describes with these words one of its products destined to become a real 'must' for cool summer days and more generally for when you feel like a fresh, carefree wine to share with friends. Valle d'Itria IGT, this sparkling white wine is born from the processing of two historical typical varieties, Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessano. Grapes harvested in the estate's vineyards, rooted in soils of karstic origin and reared partly as espalier and partly as alberello. Harvesting takes place in the second half of September. The grapes, delivered to the cellar when perfectly ripe, are fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The entire process lasts about 15 days, before bottling and subsequent packaging. Greenish yellow in colour, it stands out on the nose for its intense, floral bouquet that invites you to sip. The palate then reveals a wine characterised by a delicate and fruity taste, pleasantly fresh and long. Suitable for accompanying aperitifs, appetisers and fish dishes. The important thing is that it is always served well chilled. Better one degree less than one degree more.
