Kra'tere is a fine example of how a grape variety indigenous to Campania, the Falanghina, if well processed, can give rise to wines of great pleasure. In this case, a Charmat sparkling wine, fresh and fragrant, proposed in a Brut version. The base wine comes from a pure processing of Falanghina Campi flegrei DOC grapes that bring with them all the flavour and aromatic richness of the volcanic soils on which they are grown. The delicate fermentation in autoclave lasts for about 4 months, during which the wine remains in contact with its yeasts. Straw yellow in colour tending to golden, the delicate perlage, particularly subtle and abundant, can be appreciated in the glass. On the nose, one discovers a pleasantly fruity and floral wine, with distinct bread crust aromas. The taste is dry, with a pleasant, decisive fruity and acidulous note.
