Straw yellow in colour with greenish tones, intense and slightly citrusy aromas, and then on the palate great freshness with a delicately savoury finish: this is Kerner from Cantina Valle Isarco, a real gem from Alto Adige.
The winemaking tradition in the Isarco Valley has very ancient origins, as demonstrated by the discovery of artifacts intended for wine production dating back to 500 BC. The soft, well-ventilated soils, the dry climate, the sunny days typical of the period when the grapes ripen, and the wide temperature range between day and night, make the area particularly suitable for the creation of high quality white wines, and it is in this direction that Cantina Valle Isarco has oriented its production. Perfumed, mineral, elegant wines with great character.
