  • Sensations Intense straw yellow colour with golden hues. Delicate, harmonious, mineral fragrance. The fruitiness recalls cedar, apple, kiwi with a hint of white flowers, hawthorn and flint. A light spicy note accompanies and completes the picture. A precise entry in the mouth, with a fresh, savoury and pleasantly balanced palate, surrounded by fruity and floral scents with mineral hints. A long, lingering finish that leaves great freshness and balance.
  • Vinification Harvesting takes place in mid-September, carefully following the climatic and vegetative trends of the year, and the grapes are picked and selected by hand. The vinification then takes place with soft pressing of the grapes, the must is divided into parts in steel where it undergoes a brief fermentation with cold maceration, in terracotta amphorae where it remains in contact with the skins for the next 7 months. After this phase, the different parts are blended and then refined further in steel until bottling, more than 10 months after the harvest. This is followed by several months of bottle ageing to achieve a perfect organoleptic balance.

  • Trentino DOC, Pinot Bianco, Praal is one of the good wines offered here by Cantina Toblino. It originates in the heart of the Valle dei Laghi, specifically in the Madruzzo area, 250 metres above sea level. This fascinating territory, shaped by the action of the glaciers, is characterised by gravelly and sandy soils that give the wine a distinctive mineral imprint. The microclimate here is unique. Influenced by the proximity of the lakes and the cool currents that descend from the Dolomites, it creates an ideal environment for growing quality grapes. Like the Pinot Bianco, the star of this label, capable of expressing great freshness and aromatic complexity. Cantina Toblino's vineyards are cultivated organically, with agronomic practices that respect the environment and enhance the varietal characteristics of the vines. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, by hand, to select only the best bunches, ensuring the highest quality of the final product. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. The must is divided: one part ferments briefly in steel, where cold maceration also takes place. The other part is placed in terracotta amphorae, where it remains in contact with the skins for seven months, adding complexity and depth. The two masses are then blended and left to age further in steel for over ten months, followed by a period of rest in the bottle, which gives the wine balance and roundness. This long process results in a wine characterised by an intense straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose reveals a harmonious and delicate bouquet, where notes of fruit such as citron, apple and kiwi blend, accompanied by floral nuances of hawthorn and hints of flint. A slight hint of spice completes the picture. The palate is fresh and savoury, with a perfect balance between acidity and smoothness. Mineral and fruity hints come together in a long, lingering finish.
