Cantina Toblino

Founded in 1960 in the heart of the picturesque Valle dei Laghi, Cantina Toblino well represents the excellence and winemaking tradition of Trentino. Founded on the initiative of a group of passionate local wine growers, the winery is today the symbol of a strong bond between people and territory. A fine example of cooperation, in over sixty years of history, Cantina Toblino has become a point of reference for viticulture in the valley, thanks to an approach that combines research, innovation and a deep respect for the environment. Its vineyards, which extend over more than 850 hectares, represent a true open-air laboratory. Native varieties are cultivated here, such as Nosiola, Trentino's only native white grape variety, used for the production of Vino Santo, Schiava and Marzemino. Then Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, which find in this territory ideal conditions to express their potential to the full. Cantina Toblino Srl, the winery's production heart, directly manages around 40 hectares under organic management, including the historic vineyards of the old bishop's canteen. Over the years, Cantina Toblino has invested heavily in sustainability and innovation: from the installation of photovoltaic systems to LED lighting systems, every step has been taken to reduce environmental impact and ensure a more sustainable future.
