  • Today we are in the heart of Salento, where the sun kisses the land for several months of the year and the sea caresses the coast. It is here that Il Pumo, a PGI white wine produced by Cantine San Marzano, a historic Apulian winery, was born. This wine represents a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. It is a clear homage to the territory and its indigenous grapes, combined with a touch of internationality. Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc meet in this wine to create a harmonious and unique product. The Malvasia gives the wine floral aromas of broom and fruity notes of citrus and exotic fruit. For its part, the Sauvignon Blanc gives it freshness and minerality. The grapes are harvested at the right degree of ripeness and carefully vinified in steel, thus preserving freshness and fruity aromas. In the glass, it has a beautiful straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose, floral notes of broom, with more fruity notes of citrus and exotic fruit.
