An unusual blend of Sangiovese (40 percent) and Magliocco Dolce (60 percent), a native cultivar of Calabria that is characterized by its antiquity and importance in the region's wine production. Careful processing begins with manual selection of the grapes. In the winery, a slow maceration of the grapes at a controlled temperature and the soft crushing continue. Everything is done to preserve the typicality and fragrance of the ripe fruit, enhancing the characteristics of the grape varieties used. The resulting wine thus has a fruity and fresh character, expressed through the notes of small berries and ripe blackberries. In the mouth, it is smooth and supple, with a pleasant final persistence that recalls the fruits heard earlier.
