  • Sensations Dark ruby red colour with intense violet reflections; on the nose fruity notes with spicy and ethereal hints; soft taste, rightly tannic, with good structure and strong persistence.
  • Vinification The grapes, once softly destemmed, undergo a maceration of about 14 days and an alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not over 20?; then the wine is put into barriques (Allier and TronÁais), where the malolactic fermentation ends. Finally, it undergoes a further 6 months of refinement in wood and rests in the bottle.
