The Primitivo Ronco di Sassi tells you a story. This vine has ancient origins: it is said to have Dalmatian origins and its importation into Apulia dates back to more than 2000 thousand years ago by the Illyrian people. Its name derives from the fact that it is a red grape variety that matures early, in fact it is harvested as early as mid-August. It has a ruby red colour of extraordinary intensity and depth. The power of its scents is unique to the nose and its velvety tannins caress the palate.
Provinco pursues with its product lines an almost impossible dream: to get the right wine to as many wine lovers as possible, followed at every stage of production by attentive and prepared staff; the most expressive wine and respectful of its varietal.
