Terre di Sava offers this Santoro Primitivo Puglia IGP. The most classic of the Apulian reds, this wine is perfect for those who want to discover the true Salento Primitivo. This is because the Taranto-based winery makes the most of all the goodness of the raw material with a simple but accurate process, made up of steel tanks and strict temperature control at every stage. Right from the initial maceration which continues, with fermentation, for about 10 days. After a period of refinement, again in steel, the wine is ready to go into the bottle. Very intense ruby red with violet reflections, this Primitivo has a clear and rich bouquet of ripe fruit, such as cherries and plums, and hints of Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth, on the other hand, it surprises for its good body and softness. A harmonious and easy-drinking wine, it is perfect for those who ask above all for pleasantness from a good glass.
