Le Moire

Founded in 2006, Le Moire is a winery with an exclusive Calabrian winemaking vocation, whose mission is to redeem the territory. The winery covers about 6 hectares, four of which are already planted with vines, with an annual production of just under 30 thousand bottles. Dedicated to production, from vineyard care to bottling is Paolo Chirillo, who chose to return to Calabria to practice his profession as a doctor, in the belief that it is necessary to invest in the specificity and added value of wine production. Production of natural wines with a high identity value, authentic and unique expression of terroir. All thanks to the commitment of a team of local operators, farmers, agronomists, winemakers and graphic designers who share a passion for teamwork and details. As well as the ethical and social implications associated with viticulture.
