  • Crémant de Loire Brut 'Réserve' from Langlois is a sparkling wine of great elegance and freshness, produced from grapes grown in the Loire region of France. This wine comes from a unique terroir, characterised by a temperate climate and clay-limestone soils with sand and slate, which give the grapes unmistakable characteristics. The Langlois cellar, part of the large Bollinger group, makes the most of the grapes typical of the region, resulting in a versatile Brut, perfect for a thousand different occasions. Crémant de Loire Brut Réserve, in particular, is made from Chenin Blanc (67%), Chardonnay (23%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). The former, indigenous to the Loire region, brings freshness, acidity and floral aromas to the wine. The Chardonnay gives elegance and complexity, while the Cabernet Franc adds a hint of golden colour and a touch of structure. A classic method, the wine matures on the lees for a minimum of 12 months, acquiring complexity, harmony and a fine, persistent bubble. The wine has a beautiful, bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a broad and complex bouquet, characterised by intense aromas of white fruit, such as pear and green apple, floral hints of acacia and white flowers, as well as pleasant mineral notes. In the mouth it is above all fresh, fruity and mineral, with a fine, creamy bubble that lends elegance and persistence. Perfect as an aperitif, with cured meats, fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables, it also accompanies fish dishes such as seafood risotto or linguine with clams. But also white meat main courses such as lemon chicken or stewed rabbit.
