The result of a pure processing of Piedirosso grapes, this Sannio red wine has the power to make us fly with our imagination over the green hills of Campania. The grapes, harvested by hand around the third decade of October, undergo a careful and super-soft processing. Vinification and refinement, in fact, take place in steel containers at a controlled temperature. All in full respect of the good raw material. The result is a pleasantly elegant wine, characterised by a beautiful intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals a fine perfume, with clear notes of fresh fruit, such as raspberry, cherry and plum. In the mouth, then, it reveals a pleasantly dry and not very tannic red. A wine of good intensity, this intriguing Campania wine goes well with first courses with meat sauce, red or white meat and not very mature cheeses. For lovers of "off-the-wall" combinations, Piedirosso can also be served with a fish soup.
