The area of origin is Castel del Monte. One of the most fascinating areas of Puglia, a tourist destination of great appeal. Not far from the sea, lush vegetation, despite the heat, and vineyards that climb up the slopes of the mountain, dominated by the fortress built by Frederick II. An enchanted place where, if you have been lucky enough to travel, you will hardly forget. In this little corner of paradise, Terrecarsiche1939 winery produces this IGT Nero di Troia, one of the many typical wines of the region. Grapes harvested when fully ripe to be taken immediately to the cellar and processed within a few hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and refinement, again in stainless steel, for about 12 months. A process designed to bring out the best of all the best characteristics of the original grapes. The result is a wine characterized by an intense red color with violet reflections. Fruity scents, simple but not banal. In the mouth, however, it proves to be a classic southern wine. Warm and intense, it leaves a pleasant spicy note on the finish.
