A warm and powerful red wine that fully expresses the tough but passionate character of a land, Puglia, which is particularly suited to the cultivation of vines. They are left to ripen on the vine for a longer period of time in order to favour the concentration of aromas and sugars. The result is a smooth wine, with a nice alcohol content and notes of ripe, almost candied, red fruit, mingling with hints of spices and dried fruit.
