Information Technology and wine: a combination in which we somehow find ourselves, and in which Claudio Gabellini and Enrico Giacomelli, the two souls of Buscareto, recognise themselves too. Entrepreneurs in the IT sector, in 2002 they chose the road of the heart, that of wine, with the almost feverish determination of those who give a second chance to their dreams and have to make up for lost time. And in little more than 10 years Buscareto has become one of the most convincing emerging realities of the Marche region: precise and expressive wines, of constant quality and striving towards excellence. And for two such ambassadors of the Marche of wine, two worthy ensigns were needed: Lacrima di Morro d'Alba and Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, the company's most representative products, available in various versions. Then a line of dry sparkling wines and some interpretations oriented to meet the latest market trends. The 38 hectares of vineyards are located in the most suitable areas of the region, to allow each variety cultivated to express its maximum potential. Viticulture is conventional and about 250,000 bottles per year are produced.
