  • Marche IGT Sangiovese, organic. What more could you ask for? A wine of the territory, pleasant and well made. But above all a perfect wine to accompany simple but tasty lunches and dinners. Perfect with red meat, grilled, of course, but also baked in the oven to make a tasty roast to serve with potatoes. The good fruit of a land cultivated with respect, this Sangiovese comes from the municipality of Ripatransone and neighbouring towns. Processing begins with a manual harvest. The expert grape-pickers of the Cantina Colli Ripani select only the best bunches and place them in boxes to safeguard the goodness of the initial fruit. Once in the cellar, processing begins with a phase of cold pre-fermentative maceration, followed by fermentation with the skins. After racking, malolactic fermentation and ageing in steel at a constant temperature. The result is a wine characterised by a brilliant red colour. On the nose the scents are intensely fruity with notes of red fruits, such as cherry and sour cherry. In the mouth it is harmonious, pleasant and easy to drink. Caution! It can be (positively) addictive. Better to always have a second bottle on hand.

The Cantina Cooperativa concretely supports the work of each member and coordinates all the phases of the process: from the work in the countryside to the transformation of the raw materials and the marketing of the finished product.
