    • True sweetness, the result of careful processing, can only be discovered when one has the chance to taste this interesting wine by Fasoli Gino. A great dessert and end-of-meal wine, from selected grapes with more sugar and sparse berries, harvested in the various Garganega vineyards. It reveals a complexity that makes it increasingly interesting as the years go by. Intense amber in colour, it has a full flavour with a bitterish aftertaste, which lends pleasantness to the sweet honeyed, vanilla, sometimes spicy, bitter almond and ripe fruit aromas.

A healthy environment always bears good fruit. This simple conviction is the basis for many of the choices made over the years by Fasoli Gino, a strictly family business with solid roots in the fertile Veronese territory. They have been producing wine since 1925. In 1984 they completed their conversion to organic farming, which then led them to embrace the strict principles of biodynamic viticulture in 2006. The commitment of the company's managers has not diminished over the years. Relying on a solid foundation of ancient knowledge, they enthusiastically embrace all modern farming techniques that help revive the past. "Our present is but the past of others. And what we are today is inseparably linked to those who have gone before us'.
