This characteristic allows the winery's team of oenologists to obtain, vintage after vintage, wines of unparalleled finesse. 82% Merlot and 18% Cabernet Franc, during the first phase of vinification, delicate extractions are favoured, seeking above all to obtain wines characterised by perfect balance, fine, silky tannins and pleasant acidity. The result is a fine discovery. Characterised by a beautiful intense ruby colour with particularly brilliant violet reflections. The nose reveals a complex and multifaceted wine that combines aromas of small black fruits, floral notes of violets and distinct hints of sweet and spicy spices. In the mouth, one discovers a particularly elegant, delicate and aromatic wine. A pleasantly rich red, perfect for a dinner with friends. Pair it with a good roast, rather than a mixed cheese board.
