    Champagne "Régence" Brut Magnum
  • In this bottle, it is easy to perceive all the mastery of the chef de cave of the Brimoncourt maison. Champagne Régence, in fact, is the result of a skilful blending champenoise, composed of 80% Chardonnay grapes with 20% Pinot Noir. Vinification and initial fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests for over 42 months on its lees before disgorging and being dosed with approximately 8 grams of sugar per litre. Dominated by the elegant Chardonnay of Aÿ-Champagne, Brut Régence guarantees great aromatic finesse from the first taste, the unmistakable mark of all Mason Brimoncourt wines. In the glass, it offers an elegant, clear and golden guise, brightened by generous chains of fine bubbles. The nose is subtle, with delicate aromas of white flowers and acacia. In the mouth, it impresses with its lightly toasted aromas, well integrated with those of fresh fruit, including white peaches and small red fruits. A pleasantly balanced Brut Champagne, its main characteristics are undoubtedly elegance and freshness.

In 2008, Alexandre Cornot decided to breathe new life into Brimoncourt, an ancient Champagne brand. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to leave a successful career in the arts in New York to return to his home region and attempt to realise his vision. Maison Brimoncourt quickly distinguished itself through its originality, image and communication. A subtle balance between tradition and modernity that is perfectly suited to its elegant, airy and fresh wines. A spontaneity that, yesterday as today, has won the sympathy and approval of the general public. Brimoncourt has patiently developed long-term relationships with its wine-growing partners and can today boast of having access to the best grapes in the Champagne region. From Aÿ to Ambonnay. From Bouzy to Mesnil, to Oger and the wonderful Chardonnays of Sézannais.
