  • Sensations The mousse is abundant and forms a carpet of fine bubbles on the surface of the wine. It is golden yellow in colour with a luminous appearance. The wine is of excellent clarity. Nose: The first nose is ripe with aromas of bread crust and brioche. With airy notes of mocha. At the end, a touch of mirabelle plum liqueur. Palate: The attack on the palate is round with a slight sweetness underlined by well-melted acidity. The palate is fleshy with a refreshing fruity and spicy character.

  • The mousse is abundant and forms a carpet of fine bubbles on the surface of the wine. The colour is a luminous golden yellow. The wine is crystal clear. The initial nose is ripe, with aromas of bread crust and brioche. On aeration, notes of mocha. The finish is characterised by a note of mirabelle plum liqueur. The palate is round, with a slight sweetness underlined by a well-melted acidity. The palate is fleshy with a refreshing fruity-acid character. Ideal as an aperitif, recommended with champagne chicken

    The Tornay-Hutasse estate is located in Bouzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims area of Champagne. Classified as a Grand Cru, the village of Bouzy is renowned not only for its famous bubbly wine, but also for the quality of its red wines. Today, the estate is run with passion and expertise by Nathalie Tornay, together with Rudy Hutasse. Today, the estate has a vineyard of around 21 hectares, spread over the most prestigious crus in Champagne. To guarantee the quality of the products, only grapes from terroirs classified as 'Premier Cru' and 'Grand Cru' are selected.
