It is called SOF and is a rosé, Toscana IGT. It is proposed by Campo di Sasso, a wine that encompasses elegance and freshness. The basic blend is composed of Syrah grapes, the most representative of the estate, and Cabernet Franc. All coming from the Campo di Sasso estate. A blend that gives this wine a unique character, making it pleasant to drink, especially on hot summer days. After the harvest, the perfectly healthy grapes arrive in the cellar to be processed quickly. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, at the end of the transformation the wine is aged for about 6 months. The entire process is supervised by the estate's talented winemaker, Helena Lindberg. The result is a wine characterised by a wonderful peach/ramat colour that stands out for its beauty and refinement. On the nose, this wine offers delicate aromas of flowers and white fruits, reminiscent of sea breezes and sunsets on the coast. In the mouth, however, Sof is pleasantly fresh, delicate and harmonious, with an elegant finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it accompanies mature cheeses, cured meats, white meat main courses. But also sushi and fried fish.
