If you arrive on the Via Provinciale in Montepulciano, it's hard not to see the outline of the Vecchia Cantina di Montepulciano. It has been there for fifty years, reminding everyone that when things are done with passion, no matter how big or small, the results come. Founded in 1937, it is the oldest cooperative in Tuscany and certainly the largest in the area. Founded on the initiative of fourteen producers, today it counts on the collaboration of about 400 members united by a great passion and a common goal: To guarantee quality products at an affordable price. With respect for tradition and the environment, of course. They do it on a grand scale, as they can count on over 1,000 hectares of vineyards, not only in Tuscany. In fact, in the range of their wines, besides several "di Montepulciano", red and Nobile, there are beautiful labels representing other areas, like Chianti, but also other regions, like Umbria.
