It is called simply Rosé and it is Tenuta Talamonti's interpretation of the most beloved of central Italy's rosés. We are talking about a Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC, produced with pure Montepulciano grapes. Bold and unconventional, fresh and drinkable, it is a decidedly modern wine in terms of conception, while never losing sight of tradition. In the glass, Cerasuolo always has a beautiful, rather bright colour. A 'nuance' of the classic ruby red, brilliant and delicate. If the appearance pleases the eye, it is enough to bring the glass closer to the nose to understand that the real pleasure is yet to come. On the nose, in fact, intense aromas of red berry fruit impose themselves, with fresh notes of marasca cherries dominating everything. On the palate, however, it recalls complex sensations of red fruits, well balanced by a natural freshness. It is the perfect wine to accompany simple but pleasant dishes, such as cold salads or grilled chicken.
