If there is a fish stew or a fisherman's brodetto on the table, the wine paired with it must demonstrate that it has what it takes to hold its own. These are the cases in which, instead of the classic fresh and mineral white, it may be right to prefer a nice rosé. And when one thinks of rosé in Italy, it is difficult not to think of our South and the great Primitivo-based products that come from the Salento peninsula. This is the case with this rosé proposed by Notte Rossa. Primitivo grapes in purity that lends itself to be served fresh and to accompany a wide variety of preparations. In the glass it has a beautiful pink colour that is not excessively deep but, on the contrary, rather delicate and elegant. The same elegance also dominates the nose where the fruit makes itself felt and is above all fragrant. In the mouth it is mineral and pleasantly balanced. It has one flaw. One bottle is rarely enough.
