Tenuta di Biserno is a prestigious winery in the Tuscan Maremma, founded in 2001 by brothers Lodovico and Piero Antinori, together with their nephew Niccolò Marzichi Lenzi and Umberto Mannoni. Located in the municipality of Bibbona, it borders the area of the famous Bolgheri to the north. It covers an area of about 40 hectares, with extremely varied soils, characterised by alluvial clay-limestone soils, rich in calcium carbonate and pebbles. Varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot are grown here, which find in the climate and natural conditions of the area an ideal environment to express their characteristics to the full. The different exposure and the influence of the not distant sea are two determining factors in the production of great wines, appreciated for their uniqueness, authenticity and recognisability. Wines that have won important awards, both in Italy and abroad.
