    • Brissaia, Maremma Toscana DOC Ansonica, organic, produced by Fattoria di Magliano. It comes from the Maremma Toscana, a land of great contrasts, where hills alternate with coastal plains and the Mediterranean scrub perfumes the air. Brissaia is produced with 100% Ansonica grapes. This vine, native to the Tuscan archipelago, is also known as Inzolia. A white grape variety, it is distinguished by its freshness, flavour and Mediterranean aromas. Fattoria di Magliano cultivates it organically, respecting the environment and biodiversity. The harvest takes place during the last ten days of August, with the bunches being picked by hand. The grapes are immediately destemmed and, after a light cryomaceration, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days. The final refinement takes place over a few months in steel tanks, preserving the freshness and the bouquet of the wine. Brissaia has a straw yellow colour in the glass. The nose detects fragrant and fruity aromas, with notes of apple and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and balanced, with a marked minerality. Brissaia goes well with shellfish, sea fish, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Its freshness and savoury flavour also make it suitable as an aperitif.

      Founded in 1996 by the Lucca-based entrepreneur Agostino Lenci, Fattoria di Magliano was born from a passion for an area that is still unspoilt and rich in wine-making potential. Lenci, fascinated by the wild and unspoilt Maremma, invested in the creation of a winery that would respect and enhance the surrounding environment. The estate covers 97 hectares, 48 of which are dedicated to vineyards. The main varieties cultivated are Sangiovese and Vermentino, together with international vines such as Merlot and Petit Verdot. The soil, which is sandstone with a significant presence of stones, guarantees excellent drainage and gives the wines a marked minerality. Furthermore, an innovative drip irrigation system optimises the use of water, especially in the driest years. The farm's wines are distinguished by their strong territorial identity and a style that combines tradition and innovation. They are powerful and elegant wines, capable of offering an enveloping sensorial experience and a great taste-olfactory impact.
