    Conti d'Arco TrentoDoc Brut Rosé
  • With this wine, our journey begins in the heart of Trentino. There where the Dolomites embrace the Adige Valley. This is where Conti d'Arco's Trento DOC Rosé Brut was born, made from grapes that grow in fantastic vineyards rooted in variable soils. From basaltic to porphyritic with schist matrices. A geological mosaic that gives the finished wine minerality and complexity. The climate is a cool mountain one, with considerable temperature fluctuations that favour a slow and gradual ripening of the grapes. Conti d'Arco's Trento DOC Rosé Brut is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The former gives the wine elegance and structure, while the latter gives it a fascinating pink colour and fruity aromas of raspberry and cherry. Metodo Classico, the grapes are harvested by hand and processed with the utmost care to preserve their freshness and fragrance. During the following spring, the base wine is re-fermented in the bottle and matured on the lees for at least 24 months. A pale pink colour, the nose is particularly fine and elegant, with fruity notes of raspberry, cherry and bread crust. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced, with a fine, persistent bubble that caresses the palate. The crisp freshness and minerality typical of the terroir intertwine with the persistent fruity note, providing an unforgettable experience. An ideal aperitif, it elegantly accompanies fish dishes, shellfish and light starters. But it can also be served with savoury first courses and white meats.

The history of Conti d'Arco is rooted in a noble and legendary past, linked to the family that owned the medieval castle from which it takes its name. Arco Castle, situated on a cliff overlooking the vineyards, stands majestically in the basin between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites. This strategic position not only offers breathtaking views, but also creates an ideal microclimate for viticulture. It is no coincidence that the corner of Trentino where the Conti d'Arco winery is located is a true paradise for vine cultivation. The Alps protect the vines from the cold northern winds, while Lake Garda moderates the climate, creating favourable conditions for ripening grapes. Conti d'Arco's production includes a selection of Trentino DOC wines, carefully chosen from the most suitable areas of the region. Expert oenologists follow every stage of the production process, from vineyard to bottle, guaranteeing the highest quality and authenticity of the wines. Among its products are the fabulous Talento Trento DOC, classic method sparkling wines dedicated to special occasions.
