When a wine is as pleasant and drinkable as this Il Fresco proposed by Villa Sandi, it is difficult for one bottle to be enough. It is therefore better to choose a magnum version. Prosecco Doc, classified Brut, therefore pleasantly dry, is a perfect wine for a thousand different occasions. It is good served as an aperitif, perhaps in combination with some fish crudités, but it is also perfect at the table, with a tasty dish such as a risotto or as light as a baked fish. In the glass it has a classic bright straw yellow color, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it reveals a fruity and floral soul, with notes of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. on the palate, finally, it is pleasantly dry, fresh and savory. Pleasantly persistent, it accompanies our toast with a decidedly aromatic aftertaste.
