    • Sensations Detailed, fine and persistent perlage. Colour: pale straw yellow. Aroma: elegant, fruity and floral. Taste: characteristic, pleasant, harmonious.
    • Vinification The grapes are harvested by hand in September, followed by soft pressing and static decantation of the must. The primary fermentation takes place in steel at 18 degrees C with selected indigenous lees. The new wine is kept on the "noble lees" for a month, then filtered and decanted into autoclaves for the "presa di spuma". The second fermentation takes place at 18 degrees C with selected lees and lasts about 20/25 days; 5/10 days of refinement on the lees follow. The wine is then bottled and left to rest in the bottle for a few weeks.

The nose is elegant and fruity, fresh and pleasantly aromatic. In the mouth, however, it is characteristic for its type, with a delicate acidity that makes it particularly refreshing and pleasant. Sweet fruit and mineral notes dominate. Overall, it proves to be a harmonious glass of wine, characterized by a subtle sweetness.
