Founded in 1987 by a historic family of winegrowers, Paolo and Giorgio Polegato's Astoria is proud of its quality. Astoria products are in fact present in the most exclusive restaurants, wine bars and wine shops. Forty hectares, located in one of the most beautiful wine-growing areas of Italy, famous for its climate, bear witness to the gentle hills and the harmonious succession of vineyards. The company's name is linked to the product par excellence of the Veneto wine-making tradition: Prosecco; it is precisely with this wine, the Millesimato, that it has won many awards over the years, the most significant of which was the Grand Gold Medal at the Vinitaly International Wine Competition in Verona. Prosecco Millesimato Docg and Refrontolo Passito Docg are the jewels of the house. But Astoria is not only Prosecco, it also produces barrique wines, including Colli di Conegliano Docg Crevada and Croder, and avails itself of the technical support of a highly competent and prestigious staff.
