With these words the visionary Venetian company introduces this elegant label, dedicated to lovers of savoury, dry bubbles. A pure Glera from the Asolo hills, this Extra Brut has a fine and persistent perlage. In the glass it has a lovely pale straw yellow colour, with elegant, fruity notes. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly acidulous and dry. Just as we would expect. A super versatile bubbly, it can accompany both typical Venetian aperitifs and elegant lunches and dinners with satisfaction. With its very low sugar content, in fact, it is certainly not a problem to find the right dish to enhance it at its best. Starters, first courses or main courses, it doesn't matter what. The important thing is that there is always a bottle of this wine in the fridge.
