    "Fashion Victim" Spumante Rosè Extra Dry
  • Fashion Victim in the Rosé version is an Extra Dry sparkling wine, super "glam" in its decorated bottle and with the new Limited Edition label. The Fashion Victim line was created to celebrate its fifteen years of history. And, for the occasion, new labels have been created, all different, all with a pop and contemporary look, to pay homage to the strength of women and to those who know how to take life with self-irony. Obtained from grapes grown on the sunny hills of the Val de Brun Estate, this Astoria-branded Rosé is made from grapes from vineyards that are 10 to 15 years old. Only aromatic varieties typical of the upper Treviso area. A part of red grapes is vinified separately, with a short maceration. They have the task of transmitting to the wine that colour and that typical timbre, sought after by sparkling wine makers of all latitudes. The sparkling of the base wine in autoclave lasts for about a month at low temperature, resulting in a balanced, delicate and very elegant wine. The perlage is fine and uninterrupted. The wine shows a delicate but brilliant colour, a particularly beautiful shade of soft pink. The nose is subtle and elegant, with notes of fresh fruit and white flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, savoury, lively and delicately aromatic. It is the bubble that we would all like to have at our party. Perfect as an aperitif, it can also accompany a bowl of fresh fruit or, more simply, accompany us throughout the evening.
